Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Engage with shoppers in an authentic and friendly manner, assisting them in discovering our high-quality fragrances and self-care products.
• Build Lasting Customer Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers by actively listening, providing expert product recommendations, and gathering information to support ongoing engagement.
• Maintain Product Availability: Support restocking efforts and ensure the store remains visually appealing, organized, and fully stocked for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising & Marketing: Participate in store display setups, including floorset execution, window changes, and promotional adjustments to align with brand standards.
• Uphold Company Values & Policies: Demonstrate integrity and professionalism while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Drive Sales & Meet Goals: Work as part of a high-energy team to achieve sales targets, encourage customers to take advantage of promotions, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Create a Safe & Inclusive Shopping Space: Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure and welcoming store environment for customers and fellow team members.

What We Look for in a Candidate:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and peak holiday periods.
• Strong communication skills, with an openness to feedback and a willingness to adapt.
